I tried dahha ActiveX controls from BahamaYellowpages. Setting up both network ports allows for one port to be used for internet connect and the other port can be used to handel the IP cameras.

Tried Q-See, nothing either. This includes logging in, passwords, HDD problems, accounts, and phone access.
